A Franchise Campus is a Campus where the Corporate body grants licenses to licensees to operate the business (sell its products, provide services, and more) at a business location. Each Franchise Campus is a franchisee with its own management that pays the franchisor (the owner) a fee to “rent” the brand name. No Franchise Campus has complete control over its business. The Franchise Campus must always adhere to policies, procedures, and conditions set out in the Franchise Agreement. Failing to adhere to these policies, procedures and conditions can lead to a Franchise Campus being suspended.
